K. S. Services was established in 2006 by Mr. Tok Chiao Wung, Mr. Tan Kiam Hong and Mr. Toh Kim Seah as an independent construction company specialize in Alteration and Addition (A & A) works. The A & A works are getting more complex and sophisticated in Singapore growing to be a mature city. It requires careful planning and well coordination from demolition of unwanted existing structures, protection of re-use or recycle items, strengthening and underpinning of structures, building of new structures, M & E works to final finishing and interior decorations. K.S. Services has vast experiences in this field to ensure the safe and efficient completion of any complicated assignment which require detailed sequencing and multi phasing to overcome tight space constrains.

Besides A & A works, K. S. Services is also involved in the construction of private housing from semi-detached houses to condominiums. The scope of works include R.C. structural works, plastering, brick and block works, partitioning, ceiling, concrete finishing works, tiling, drainage and external road works.

For construction technique, K. S. Services has a team of experienced engineers and technicians to provide technical support on the most efficient method of construction including specialized field of precast concrete, stack casting, tilt up construction, aircraft parking stand and taxiway, heavy lifting and structure launching.

Currently, K. S. Services has successfully obtained the following BCA Registration:
